GANGSTER Wins at Hexham

GANGSTER

GANGSTER made a heroic effort up at Hexham to win the 4m BK Racing Grand National Handicap Chase. He was ridden for the first time by Danny McMenamin and the pair seemed to hit it off very well. GANGSTER was kept mid div throughout the slog of a contest and jumped immaculately. He seems to relish the longer trip and Danny kept the revs up over the last two fences for GANGSTER to battle back from one length down to stay on and win by 15 lengths!

It is fantastic to see this horse get his mojo back and we are delighted for his owners’ Jim and Claire Bryce. A huge well done also has to go to Stacie who rides him every day and has spent a huge amount of time on getting him into winning form. She even took him hunting!
