TACTICAL AFFAIR WINS AGAIN!

TACTICAL AFFAIR really seems to have found his mojo now, having won impressively last month at Stratford, a hefty 10lb hike in the Handicap saw him heading to Bangor-on- Dee on Saturday with it all to prove!

He lined up this time in the Rachel Jones Memorial Handicap Chase over 2m 1f again partnered by James Bowen. The pair made the running and jumped quickly and efficiently throughout, 3 fences from home James gave Tactical Affair a nice breather which initially gave 2 of his rivals to get back on terms and overtake them, however, on jumping the last that breather came in handy, and Tactical Affair showed great determination to get his head down and pass his 2 rivals on the run in, eventually coming home in front by three-quarters of a length! It was a thrilling race to watch and will definitely have given his owners Velocity Racing NH something to shout about!

Well done to all connections, I am sure there is a summer of fun ahead with this horse- plenty to look forward to!
