AQUA BLEU WINS AT CHEPSTOW

| AQUA BLEU headed to Chepstow last Friday to run in the Fairplay App EBF Junior National Hurdle over 2 miles. He went into this race carrying a double penalty having won his last two starts in similar races, so he had it all to do!
Aqua Bleu did not let us down and did it the hard way, leading from flag fall and only faced a challenge briefly 2 hurdles from home, where he put his head down and galloped strongly all the way to the line to come home a length and three-quarters in front of his nearest rival.
At only 4 years old, this strapping son of Blue Bresil has now won 3 out of his 4 starts and still has plenty of growing and strengthening to do. He is a lovely horse as he stands, and will be even better with another summer under his belt. He is a horse with a very bright future and we are very much looking forwards to seeing where he takes us and his owners Jim and Claire Bryce.
Well done to all the team, and a special well done to Georgie who has recently joined us, and lead up a winner on her first trip to the races for us!
